Feature

High sampling rate (2000Hz) for accurate results, capturing small changes and accurate peak values by following rapid changes of force
Ideal for integration into facilities or measuring under special circumstances due to separated sensor
Improves testing versatility by various data output options such as USB, wireless, and serial communication, which allows data management on a PC and combination with external devices
Allows easy data acquisition and management with the included USB cable and software. By using with optional software real-time force-time graphing also possible
Equips additional functions such as displacement I/O (linear scale required), direct connection to USB flash drive, and 1st and 2nd peak value detection

High functionality separated sensor type digital force gauge is the higher-end model with added functions to ZTS such as continuous data saving to USB memory stick and input/output of displacement. The data saving function to USB is useful where PC access is limited. An embedded displacement transducer unit is also available, so the digital force gauge and displacement transducer unit can be built into equipment to measure force and displacement.

Load Cell Overview

Load Cells, also known as "Load Transducers" or "Load Sensors" are sensor that detects force or torque and converts its magnitude into an electrical signal.

They come in various shapes, such as beam, coin, or S-shape, and can be used for measurement in small spaces or built into specific equipment. There are also particular types with shapes suitable for unique samples such as vehicle handbrakes or footbrakes. Some can be used even in harsh environments such as high/low temperatures, high dust, or exposure to water. They can be connected to a dedicated amplifier (display unit) to quantify and display the measurement results. Measurement data and pass/fail test value signals can be simply output, allowing for easy management of data, and interlocking of measurement results with equipment.
