• Automatic Count Accuracy Improvement (ACAI): This exclusive A&D function continuously recalculates and updates the average piece weight as more items are added to the pan, maintaining pinpoint accuracy even if individual part weights vary slightly. 
• 500-Item Memory: Stores and quickly retrieves unit weights, tare weights, upper/lower comparator limits, and alphanumeric item codes (up to 12 characters) using a 6-digit ID system. 
• LED Navigation System: Features intuitive LED prompt lights that illuminate specific keys to guide the operator through unit weight registration without needing a manual. 
• Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD): A large, clear, 4-line screen that concurrently displays gross weight, unit weight, piece count, and product ID. 
• Built-in Comparator: Includes a HI/OK/LO checkweighing function accompanied by an audible buzzer alert to visually and acoustically verify if your batch meets target quantities.
