*If you require the name and address of the person requesting the certificate, be sure to inform us of the name and address of the person requesting the certificate from the option settings when ordering.
*If you do not inform us of the name and address of the person requesting the certificate, the name and address of the person requesting the certificate will be left blank.
*The number of days until delivery with a calibration certificate will be around 2 weeks, as the calibration will be performed after the order is confirmed. (However, please note that additional days will be required during the year-end and New Year holidays and long holidays.)
*We cannot accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed.
