Torque sensor for precise checking of various torque devices. Inspection for torque tools and nut runners.

TCF40N

Fixed Type Torque Sensor, 4-40N.m, 3/8″ Square Drive

Application Inspection for torque tools and nut runners. Features Bench top mounted stationary torque sensor. TCF itself is in fixed position and detects the torque transferred from the torque tools by the reaction force. Operation with TP, test piece provides high-accuracy measurement. Possible to be installed into special device as preload detector. Stopper is equipped to prevent over-torque. Applicable for variety of use in combination with optional attachments, DTF, TTF and ATG.

CD5 compact display is a digital display that shows values measured by the strain gauge sensor. Based on judgment results, the display changes its color in white/red/blue.

Features

Low cost, compact digital display for strain gauge sensor.
Applicable with Tohnichi TCF, TCR series, and torque wrench with sensor.
Can perform Pass/Fail judgment and output relay point of contact. Also provides analog output.
Calibration methods: equivalent input calibration or by the actual weight.
Measured data can be saved up to 1000 data items.
Saved data can be transferred to PC or printer though RS232C output (equipped as standard).
Can be used in a variety of AC power source environments, from 100 to 240V. Battery pack also available as an option.

When you purchase the TCF torque sensor separately, a calibration certificate will not be included.
If you purchase it together with the CD5 compact display, Tohnichi will make adjustments to an accuracy of 1% and attach a calibration certificate.
