The Toa Electric Inc; Ultra-thin Mold Surface Sensor MF-SP-K is used for measuring the surface temperature of molds and other objects where a conventional, thicker sensor would be unsuitable. Its ultra-thin design allows for quick and accurate temperature measurement without significantly affecting the target's surface or the molding process itself.

• Molding Processes: It is specifically designed as a "mold surface sensor," indicating its use in injection molding or similar manufacturing processes to monitor the temperature of the mold surface. This helps in quality control and process optimization.
• Surface Temperature Measurement: The sensor is an ultra-thin thermocouple designed for measuring the temperature of surfaces in general.General Research Equipment: Its high-performance characteristics make it suitable for a variety of research and development applications where precise temperature data is needed.

• Ultra-Thin Design: The temperature-sensing part has a finished thickness of approximately 0.1 mm, allowing for quick temperature measurements and minimal interference with the measurement target.
• Durable Construction: It is completely waterproof and moisture-proof. It also offers excellent heat resistance, voltage resistance, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion and chemicals (liquids), thanks to a fluoropolymer coating material.
• Wide Temperature Range: The sensor can measure temperatures in a range from -50°C to +200°C.
• Thermocouple Type: It uses a Type K thermocouple, a common and versatile type known for its wide temperature range and reliability.
• Easy Connectivity: The terminal core wire has a diameter of 0.32 mm, which makes it easy to connect to various instruments and data loggers.
