Moisture Checker SK-960A a moisture checker that allows you to easily check the moisture level just like using an electric tester. You can choose from a variety of sensor shapes (5 types) depending on your application. (The indicator and sensor are integrated, so the sensor cannot be replaced.) Main applications: Internal measurement of thin samples such as dried sweet potatoes and dried fish
Features

* User's range function:
This product can be used as is, but a user's range is provided that enables customers to freely set the moisture content display value to come closer to the value obtained by the absolute drying method. Each range (including the standard range) is independent of the other ranges, so the setting value for each user range can be changed according to the object to be measured.

Explanation
■ Notes on measurement
- Unstable powder or granular materials cannot be measured.
-Temperature compensation is performed on the SK-960A main unit.
If the temperature is within the measurement temperature range, there is no need to convert the measured value into temperature.
However, if there is a temperature difference between the object being measured and the SK-960A main unit, a measurement error will occur.
Please make sure that the temperature of the object being measured and the device are the same before taking measurements.
- Measurement values change depending on how much pressure is applied to the sensor, so try to keep the pressure as constant as possible for each measurement.
- Do not press the sensor too hard against the object being measured, and do not pull or bend the cord too hard. It may be damaged.

■ About the measurement values
This product is designed to measure the electrical resistance between the electrodes installed in the sensor section and display the relative moisture value.
Moisture readings are not absolute.
Since the electrical resistance value is displayed relative to the actual moisture value, if the sample contains conductive substances (salt, metal, etc.), there will be a difference from the actual moisture value. However, if the proportion of the substances contained in the sample is uniform and small (within a range that does not significantly affect the moisture value), the product can be used for comparative testing by adjusting the settings.
