The Rion KC-52AK is a handheld airborne particle counter specifically designed for measuring and monitoring large particles in industrial environments. It is an optimized version or option of the KC-52A model, tailored for industries where surface cleanliness is critical to the final product's quality. Used for measuring environments for assembly line, painting line of cars, press line and other industries

• Large Particle Measurement: Unlike standard cleanroom counters that focus on sub micron levels, the KC-52AK measures larger size ranges, typically: 1, 5, 10, 20, and 30 μm.
• Portability: Handheld design with a color touch panel LCD for easy use on the factory floor.
• Data Management: Stores approximately 5,000 data points and can connect to a computer via USB or SD card for data analysis.
• Environmentally Friendly: Uses rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and is designed without toxic chemicals.

• Painting Lines: Used to monitor car body painting environments. It detects large particles (e.g., up to 30 μm) that can cause surface defects like "fisheyes" in the paint, which are costly and time-consuming to repair.
• Assembly and Press Lines: Monitoring cleanliness in automotive and industrial assembly areas to ensure foreign matter does not interfere with mechanical components or finishes.
• Contamination Control: Generally used to check for the absence of particles that cause faults in manufacturing processes.
