The RATOC REX-WF60 is a Wi-Fi conversion adapter used to connect serial communication devices (RS-232C) to a wireless network. It allows you to manage remote digital measuring instruments and other equipment wirelessly. This adapter facilitates simple pairing and communication settings, making it easier to access devices from a distance, and includes features like a communication monitor LED and sample programs to assist with setup.

Enables wireless control: The REX-WF60 adds Wi-Fi connectivity to legacy serial devices with an RS-232C port. This allows you to control and manage equipment from a distance using a PC, smartphone, or tablet. Dual network modes: The adapter supports two operation modes for different networking needs: Infrastructure mode: Connects the RS-232C device to an existing wireless network via a router. Access point mode: Functions as its own Wi-Fi access point, enabling a direct connection to a host device. Flexible power supply: It can be powered by either the included AC adapter or via pin 9 of the RS-232C's D-sub connector. When using the AC adapter, it can also supply power back to the connected serial device through the same pin. Clear status indicators: Built-in LEDs let you easily monitor the adapter's Wi-Fi connection status and RS-232C data transmission, so you know when the device is operating correctly. Cross-platform support: The device is compatible with a wide range of host computers and mobile devices, including Windows PCs, iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets.
