The PEAK-System PCAN-USB X6 (IPEH-004062) is a high-performance, 6-channel CAN FD interface designed for high-speed USB 2.0 connectivity. This specific model variant features non-isolated D-Sub connectors and is intended for use in environments like test benches and automotive product line testing
- Channels: 6 independent High-speed CAN channels (ISO 11898-2).
- Protocols: Supports CAN 2.0 A/B and CAN FD (ISO and Non-ISO standards switchable).
- Data Rates: CAN FD bit rates up to 12 Mbit/s for data fields; nominal CAN bit rates up to 1 Mbit/s.
- Connector Type: 9-pin D-Sub (CiA 303-1 assignment).
- Power Supply: Requires an external supply of 8 to 30 V DC via a provided Phoenix Contact mating connector. It is not powered via USB.
- Housing: Robust aluminum profile casing.
- USB Connectivity: High-speed USB 2.0 (compatible with 1.1 and 3.0) with an integrated downstream USB port for daisy-chaining other devices.
