The Peacock H-20 is a dial thickness gauge used to measure the thickness of materials like urethane foam, common fabrics, and other special textiles. It has a measuring range of 0 - 10 mm and a graduation of0.01mm , Ø20mm flat contact point and anvil (metal) making it ideal for precise measurements of thin or soft materials. Purpose: Measuring the thickness of soft or flexible materials. Specific Applications: Urethane foam, common fabric, and special fabrics. Range: 0 - 10 mm Graduation: 0.01mm. Contact Point: It features a flat contact point and anvil with a 20mm diameter.  The Peacock H-20 Dial Thickness Gauge is used to precisely measure the thickness of specific, generally soft, materials like urethane, fabrics, and non-woven fabrics. • Target materials: Designed for measuring materials like urethane, common fabrics, and non-woven fabrics.
• Measurement range: Measures from 0 to 10 mm with a resolution of 0.01 mm.
• Contact points: Features a 20 mm diameter flat contact point and anvil for more stable measurements on soft or textured materials.
• Throat depth: The gauge has a 120 mm throat depth, allowing you to measure further from the edge of a sample.
• Measuring force: A low measuring force of less than 1.8 N is applied, which prevents compression of softer materials during measurement.
• High durability: Like other Peacock dial gauges, the H-20 has an integrated frame and gauge construction for superior durability. 

Operate the lever to lift the contact point and insert the material to be measured between the contact point and the anvil.

1. Release the lever to apply a consistent measuring force to the material.
2. Read the thickness directly on the dial face
