The ORC UV-M03A-1 is a high-precision, portable digital UV radiometer designed for industrial measurement of ultraviolet illuminance and light energy. It is frequently used for managing UV exposure equipment in electronics and printing manufacturing. ・This is a small and lightweight handy type UV illuminance meter. ・In response to the demands of various UV application measurement applications, an auto range function is also provided so that UV illuminance and light intensity can be measured easily. ・RS-232C communication output is provided so that measurement data can be transferred to a PC for use. ・The receiver is set to UV-35 as standard. UV-25 and UV-42 can be measured by replacing the optional receiver. (The receiver is compatible with the conventional model UV-M02.) ・An analog output is provided for the recorder. ・In addition to dry batteries, AC power can also be used with the included AC adapter. The device uses replaceable sensors (receivers) to support different UV wavelengths. The UV-35 is the standard receiver included with the unit. Standard UV-35: Wavelength range of 310–385 nm. Optional UV-25: Wavelength range of 240–270 nm. Optional UV-42: Wavelength range of 335–470 nm. Applications Electronics & Semiconductors: Used in the manufacturing of liquid crystal (LCD) substrates, printed circuit boards (PCB), and semiconductor components. Printing: Essential for controlling UV curing in screen printing, offset printing, and pad printing processes. Curing & Coating: Applied in industries involving vacuum plating, optical fiber communications, and the coating of wood, metal, or plastic packaging.
