Bench Centers (Standard-Type)

 

• Used for eccentricity and deflection Measurement of shafts, etc.
• Parallelism between table upper surface and center is assured.
• Center entry/exit is performed by one touch lever.

  Bench centers are mounted on a table and support a workpiece between two tailstocks. These bench centers are used in many toolrooms, production inspection, and lathe applications such as center drilling, reaming, and countersinking for many industrial projects. They allow operators to place a part between centers using only one hand. Concentricity gauges measure radial runout and end-face runout concurrently.
