• Special software with indicator to click on any random point of reflow curve and it will display the corresponding temperature data and time for user’s reference.

• Special software to select any two random point at the reflow curve and immediately come out with the slope calculation (analysis can be customized).

• Can insert PCB photo, product name, corporate name and other information into software for user’s reference.

• Real time download and display temperature data.

• Real-time download and display reflow temperature data.

• Analysis report printing, download, import and export function (PDF/EXCEL/Text).
