Hozan F-236 Static Electricity Checker.

This product is a checker that detects the generation of static electricity exceeding 5 kv/m in the anti-static area and notifies it with an alarm.

 

 

- Detection of static electricity
- The existence of static electricity generating site dedicated checker.
- Possible decision up to 5 kV electrostatic charging situation.

 

 

• You can constantly monitor whether static electricity is generated in the EPA (ESD protected area).

• The charged voltage can be determined by bringing the object that is likely to be charged closer to the measurement reference distance of 25 mm.

• You can easily check the electrification status for each work process, such as workpieces after static elimination with an ionizer, substrates before and after soldering work, and tools before touching ESDS.

• It also has a simple measurement mode (measurement reference distance 150mm) that can roughly grasp the generation of static electricity.

• By installing it at the entrance or aisle of the EPA, you can visualize the presence or absence of static electricity in the working environment in real time by installing it on a moving worker or work piece, or on a desk.

• At both reference distances, an alarm will be issued if a value (5 kV/m) exceeding the standard stipulated by the EPA is prohibited.
