The inner ring of a bearing or ring is quickly and uniformly heated by an induced current, and the inner ring diameter is diffused by thermal expansion, allowing for smooth insertion. You don't have to worry about cracking, and the temperature of the device itself does not rise much during operation, allowing you to work safely.
