► The SMD taping machine-model DT-1000S is used to pack components into reel tapes by heat-sealing or self-adhensive method, component width from 8~88mm for standard type,can also make bigger size according to request.
Features:
• Automatic sealing and furling,manual loading components.
• Speed can be adjustable according to the loading speed of the operator and sealing process request.
• Inching sealing and flat-press continuous sealing,applicable for self-adhensive cover tape and heat-sealing cover tape.
• Controlled by PLC,Much more stable temperature,accurate counting with easy operation
• Function with empty components abnormal alarm..Front and rear empty tape and actual loading quantity can be set.
• It can also set movement of tape quantity easy time and sealing-pause and reset time 0.1~0.9sec
