Standard type screw cap torque tester combines ease of use and functionality with the capacity of 50 N-cm to 1000 N-cm (10 N-m), and can measure opening and closing torque of container lids such as PET bottles or jars. High-speed sampling at 2000 Hz ensures high repeatability in both peak measurement and graphing. Next Series with firmware version 5 or later offers improved measurement stability due to low noise, and expandability and convenience through additional functions (firmware download) and various software and instruction manuals available from the dedicated website (IMADA Connected).

* For Accurate Torque Measurement IMADA Screw Cap Torque Tester DTX series measure torque in CW/CCW. The accuracy +/-0.5% F.S. and the 2000Hz high speed sampling rate capture accurate force values of testing. The capacity is 2N-m(200N-cm) to 10N-m(1000N-cm).

* Useful Functions DTX series equips a lot of useful functions for torque measurement. Peak hold function, Data saving function (up to 1000 points to the internal memory), Pass/Fail decision and more.

* Ideal for Data Management Many types of output signals are available such as USB, analog, RS232C and more. Connecting with a processor, data output is possible at no PC environment. The included software Force logger supports DTX data output from the internal memory to a PC. Moreover, drawing a torque- time graph on PC is possible at 2000 data/sec by the optional software Force Recorder (Light / Standard).

* Direct Data Output for a USB Flash Drive Not only stored data but also continuous data can be output for a USB flash drive at 100Hz, 50Hz or 1Hz. ( The sampling rate is selectable.)

* Capturing 1st peak/2nd peak This torque gauge captures the highest peak torque and 2nd highest peak torque without PC.
