They use a polyimides resin base approximately 14 μm thick and offer superior flexibility. They have excellent humidity resistance for use when measuring indoors and in the field.

• High Durability: Features a fatigue life approximately 10 times higher than standard gages, ensuring stability even after decades of use.
• Environmental Resistance: The polyimide resin base offers excellent moisture proofing, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use without extra coating (unless directly splashed with water).
• Temperature Compensation: They are self-temperature-compensated for specific materials (like steel or aluminum) to minimize errors caused by heat during testing.
• Ease of Use: They include clear alignment marks and color-coded lead wires to simplify mounting and identification.

• Operating Temperature Range: The operating temperature for the gauge itself can range from -196 to 150°C, but with vinyl-coated cables, the range is typically -10 to 80°C. The adhesive used also affects the temperature range.
