Peak 2016 15x is a high-quality scale loupe manufactured by Peak (Japan), with a magnification of 15X. This product is specially designed for detailed observation and precise measurement of small objects in various industries, such as printing, electronics, textiles, and scientific research.
- The 2016 Peak Scale Loupe is a wide field (20 mm) magnifying glass of magnifying power 15X combined with a graduated scale glass selectable from among five different kinds.
- To enable the sharp observation of the entire field of a 14mm diameter object magnified 15 times.
- The design corrects almost perfectly the curvature of field and the lateral chromatic aberration by a combination of four lenses being made of a new type of optical glass.
- All six air to glass interfaces of the magnifier are multi-coated to reduce internal reflection
- To use the magnifier, adjust the distance between the scale glass and the magnifier by rotating the ring on the latter so that the user cans observer sharply the magnified image of the scale.

Optical system: Using four lenses in two groups made of new optical glass, which helps to almost perfectly adjust the field curvature and minimize lateral chromatic aberration. All surfaces in contact with the air with the glass are coated with multi-layer anti-reflective coating. Measuring ruler: Built-in measuring ruler with a length of 14 mm and the smallest division of 0.1 mm, allowing easy and quick measurement of length, angle and radius of curvature. Focus adjustment: The focus can be adjusted by rotating the ring on the magnifying glass body for a sharp image. Design: Compact (about 35 x 33 mm in size), light weight (about 40g), easy to carry and use.
