• External Dimensions: Used to measure the length, thickness, or outer diameter of objects such as rods or spheres by placing them between the main lower jaws.

• Depth Measurement: Features a depth bar (on most models) at the end of the main scale to measure the depth of holes or cavities.
• Step Measurement: Can measure the height or distance between two parallel surfaces on different planes.

SM7: Specifications

The Kanon SM250  is a long-range standard vernier caliper with a measuring capacity of up to 2500 mm (2.5 meters). Part of Kanon's SM Series, it is designed for heavy-duty industrial measurement of large workpieces where high precision is still required over significant lengths.

• Measuring Range: 0 to 2500 mm.
• Minimum Reading (Graduation): 0.05 mm, achieved by dividing 39 mm into 20 equal parts for enhanced readability on larger scales.
• Maximum Permissible Error : ±0.25 mm, which represents the instrumental accuracy over its full 2.5-meter range.

• Analog Vernier Scale: Provides a minimum reading of 0.05 mm (typically by dividing 19 mm into 20 equal parts) without the need for batteries or digital screens.
• Material: Manufactured from hardened stainless steel for durability and wear resistance in industrial environments.
• Ergonomic "Green Lines": These standard calipers feature a green graduation line design intended to be easy on the eyes.
