The KANETEC KMD-30C is a table-type demagnetizer used to remove residual magnetism from metallic workpieces. It is commonly used in precision mechanical production lines to ensure that parts do not attract metal debris, which could interfere with machining or assembly.

• High-Force Demagnetization: It is specifically engineered to demagnetize "difficult" materials that regular demagnetizers struggle with, such as high-speed steel (HSS), bearing steel, nickel-chrome steel, spring steel, and die steel.
• Thick Workpieces: Its strong magnetic field allows for effective demagnetization of thick plates or large blocks. For maximum effectiveness, users are encouraged to pass both the front and rear sides over the surface.
• Precision Mechanical Lines: It is widely used in automated or manual production lines for precision components and electronic circuit boards to prevent the attraction of metal debris.

1. Placement: Place the demagnetizer on a flat surface. Ensure no other metal objects are within 5 cm, as they may also be heated by induction.
2. Movement: Slowly move the workpiece across the demagnetizing surface in one direction.
3. Removal: To be effective, you must move the workpiece at least 20 cm away from the end of the demagnetizer before turning the device off or setting the piece down.
4. Thick Parts: For thick workpieces, pass both the front and back sides over the surface to ensure complete demagnetization.

• Material Compatibility: Powerful enough to demagnetize materials with high magnetism-holding power, including high-speed steel (HSS), bearing steel, nickel-chrome steel, and spring steel.
• Heat Dissipation: Engineered with high heat radiation performance to allow for long-term continuous operation without overheating.
• Operation Method: Generates an alternating magnetic field on the top surface. Users move workpieces across this surface and slowly away to remove residual magnetism.

1. Motion: Move the workpiece slowly across the surface in the direction of the alternating magnetic field.
2. Removal: To complete the process, move the part at least 20 cm away from the demagnetizer before turning the unit off or setting the piece down.
3. Safety: Keep other metal objects at least 5 cm away from the surface to avoid heat generation via induction.
