The JFE MK-770-CE is a specialized, portable Gas Leak & Discharge Viewer used for industrial maintenance and safety applications. Gas and Air Leak Detection The device uses an array of ultrasonic sensors to detect the high-frequency sounds produced by escaping gas or compressed air (such as air, vapor, nitrogen, argon). It then superimposes a sound pressure map onto a visible camera image in real-time, allowing the operator to instantly pinpoint the exact location of the leak from a safe distance (up to 10-20 meters).

The JFE MK-770-CE is an industrial Gas Leak & Discharge Viewer with the following technical Specifications: Detection Method: Ultrasonic array sensor calculates sound arrival time differences. Center Frequency: 40 kHz. Display: 4.3-inch LCD, 800 x 480 pixels, with brightness adjustment. Detection Performance (Lab Data) Leak: Detectable from a 0.2 mm hole at 7 meters with 70 kPa pressure. Partial Discharge: Detectable from 1000 pC equivalent at 3 meters. Detection Area (Field of View): Horizontally approx. 62° / Vertically approx. 35°. Operating Modes : Auto Mode (automatic noise identification and gain adjustment), Manual Mode (user-adjustable settings).
