The HIOS HSV-30RB is an automatic screw feeder designed to align and supply M3.0 screws for automatic assembly machines and robotic systems. The primary use of the HIOS HSV-30RB is to increase the efficiency of automated screw-fastening work in industrial assembly, particularly in sectors like electronics, automotive, and medical device manufacturing. It is designed for compatibility with vacuum (suction) type systems for automatic assembly machines and can also be used in manual operation workstations.

• Stable Feeding: It uses a rotary escaper mechanism to prevent screws from tangling, ensuring a stable supply of screws.
• Versatility: The system can handle various screw head types, including countersunk screws, screws with washers, and thin-head screws.
• Flexibility: A single feeder unit can accommodate different screw sizes (from M1.0 to M3.0 in the HSV-RB series) by simply replacing the rail and escaper guide components.
