HDP-R3 Series

HIOS HDP Use for measuring loosened torque of tightened screws or additional tightening torque. Providing Accurate Torque Measurement and Extensive Data Tracking Functions HIOS will launch renewed HDP series such as HDP-5, HDP-50, and HDP-50X torque meters on July 21, 2025. The wireless model is the first in the series to feature the ability to transfer measured torque data via Bluetooth. The HDP series quantifies how much torque is actually applied to a screw that has been fastened. In addition to basic performance features such as highly accurate torque measurement, measurement error checking, and highly visible display, this high-performance torque meter series comes with data transfer function. ● Wireless Data Transmission and Reception The first in the series to include a standard function for transferring measured torque data. Connect wirelessly to control devices such as PCs and PLCs to transfer measured torque data. *Country in compliance with wireless model technical standards as of June 21, 2025: Japan ● Highly Visible Display The large display clearly displays measured torque values and waveforms, ensuring high visibility even in bright environments. ● Improved Measurement Mode The graphical waveform display of measured torque continuity makes it easier to visually grasp torque changes. ● Remote Operation from External Devices Mode and threshold changes can be controlled from external devices for more convenient and efficient operation. ● Data Collection with Dedicated Application We provide an application that simplifies torque management data collection on the production floor. This supports productivity improvement, predictive maintenance, and quality traceability.

High Specification Display, Visibility and Operability

The new HDP series models provide a graphical display of the measured torque. HIOS's highly accurate measurement method is devided into four. It is possible to check “peak value,” “first peak value,” “waveform,” and “continuous waveform.”
