The HIOS BLG-5000X-HT is a premium, high-torque industrial electric screwdriver designed for precision production lines. The HIOS BLG-5000X-HT is an excellent modern replacement for the discontinued HIOS CL-6500 electric screwdriver. Upgrading to this model moves you from an older brushed motor to an advanced brushless motor system.  

• Brushless Motor: Uses a highly durable brushless motor that does not require carbon brush replacements. It creates zero carbon dust, making it perfectly suited for cleanroom assembly environments.
• High Torque Output (HT): Delivers a torque range of 0.5 to 2.0 N·m (4.4 to 17.7 lbf·in), which is optimized for heavier or more demanding fastening tasks compared to standard BLG series models.
• High-Speed Fastening: Runs at a stable, fixed speed of 730 RPM, maximizing throughput on production lines.

• Two-Way Action Start: Offers operational flexibility. Technicians can trigger the screwdriver traditionally using the Lever Start, or switch to Push-to-Start where the motor activates simply by pressing the tool down onto the fastener.
• 1/4" Hex Drive System: The "X" designation confirms it uses a standard 1/4" hex bit holder, allowing quick, reliable bit changes with widely available bits.
• Ergonomic Housing: Features a slim, slip-resistant grip profile that reduces hand fatigue and strain during repetitive, high-volume shifts.

• Tamper-Resistant Torque Adjustment: Features a lockable torque adjustment system to ensure that settings are not accidentally modified by operators, maintaining strict quality control.
• Low Heat Generation: The brushless design runs much cooler than traditional brushed tools, reducing internal thermal stress and increasing continuous-duty uptime.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: DC Power Supplies Because it uses a brushless DC motor system, it cannot run directly from a wall outlet or an old brushed power supply. It requires one of the following official HIOS power packs to operate.
