The HIOS BLG-5000BC2-HT 1/4 HEX is a high-torque, brushless electric screwdriver designed for precision industrial assembly. It features a built-in pulse counter system that detects tightening errors in real-time, such as missing screws or cross-threading.

• Torque Range: 0.5–2.0 N·m (4.3–17 lbf·in / 5–20 kgf·cm).
• Speed: Approximately 730 RPM (high speed).
• Bit Holder: 1/4" Hex (compatible with standard 6.35mm hex bits).
• Start Type: 2-way selectable (Lever-start or Push-to-start).
• External Control: Includes an RS-232C serial port for data traceability and remote setup via PLC or PC.

• Error Proofing: The integrated pulse system counts motor pulses to verify that each screw is tightened correctly to the set torque, displaying the remaining screw count on its body.
