The Hioki RM3542A is a specialized, high-speed DC resistance meter used primarily for measuring the resistance of minuscule electronic components in automated manufacturing and testing environments. Hioki DC resistance meters measure a broad range of resistance values at a high level of precision. The RM3542A delivers high-speed and high-stability measurements and improved productivity by minimizing variations and reducing contact errors. In addition, the low-impact measurement technology lets you measure resistance for miniature 008004-size electronic parts.

• High-Precision DC Four-Terminal Measurement: Employs the DC four-terminal method to ensure high accuracy and minimize interference from external noise or lead resistance.
• Contact Improvement Function: This feature addresses faulty contact by using current to eliminate oxide films and dirt between the probes and the specimen, which enhances stability and boosts productivity.

• Comparator Function: Enables setting pass/fail criteria and sorting components into bins, streamlining the quality assessment process.
