The Hioki LR5021 is a compact, 2-channel temperature data logger specifically designed for use with K-type thermocouples. It is a "Data Mini" series device capable of recording up to 60,000 data points per channel and is commonly used for long-term monitoring in industrial and construction applications, such as concrete curing.

• Data Transfer During Recording: Users can import data to a PC without stopping the current recording session.
• Continuous Operation: The device allows battery replacement while recording, provided the change is completed within 30 seconds.
• Data Preservation: Recorded data is preserved even if the batteries die or are removed.
• Dual Display: Features an easy-to-see LCD that can show values from both channels or maximum/minimum values during measurement.
