The Hioki FA1240-61 is a specific model within the FA1240 series of flying probe testers, primarily used for high-speed, high-precision electrical inspection of populated (assembled) printed circuit boards (PCBs) without requiring a custom test fixture for each board type

• Large Testing Area: The model -61 has a generous testing area of 510 x 460 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of large board applications.
• High-Speed Testing: It can perform tests at a rapid pace, up to 0.025 seconds per measurement step, which aids in high throughput on production lines.
• Measurement Versatility: It can measure resistance (from 400 µΩ to 40 MΩ), capacitance (from 1 pF to 400 mF), inductance (from 1 µH to 100 H), and Zener diode voltage.
