Fuji Impulse FA Series Semi-Automatic Impulse Sealers. High power sealing with the power of solenoid. The FA series features tabletop semi-automatic sealers capable of high-precision sealing using a powerful sealing pressure. By setting the sealing conditions on the control unit, the sealer operates automatically using the set conditions, thus minimizing variations in the sealing-finish precision otherwise generated by operators. The FA series sealer has four different sealing lengths in its lineup, enabling a wide variety of usage. Adjust the pressure by turning the pressure adjuster nut located at the center of the pressure lever. Good for seal lengths of 200, 300, 450 and 600mm. Models for seal widths of 2, 5 and 10 mm are available. In addition to a single heater type capable of sealing materials up to 0.3mm thick (total thickness of overlapping sheets), there is a double-side heating type type capable of sealing thick or laminated bags up to 0.4mm thick (total thickness of overlapping sheets). The double heater type is good also for gusset bags. Sealing an oxygen scavenger inside a gas-barrier material packaging can helo extend a product life.
