As the first pin gauge manufacturer in Japan, we have been pursuing higher precision pin gauges under the slogan 'as close to zero as possible'. As a result, we have a range of high-quality pin gauges that can also be used as measuring standards. In order to meet a wide range of applications, pin gauges of various dimensions, materials and tolerances are available. For further quality improvement, we have also acquired ISO/IEC17025:2017 accreditation. This enables us to issue internationally recognized calibration certificates.

Class 0 pin gauges :

All pin gauges are 58 HRC or more

• Pin gauge size 0.20mm~0.99mm 

Length: 40mm Tolerance: ±0.5μm

• Pin gauge size 1.00mm to 10.00mm

EISEN PIN GAUGE EP Series is made in Japan · Used to accurately measure inner diameter starts at 0.05 mm (0.01 mm increment) · All sizes are available. Remark - Product is packed inside hexagon case with anti-rust paper. - Size number is engraved on product which has diameter more than 1 mm. - Actual measured value is engraved on product case only Class 0 items.
