• When the pulsating pressure is high, it often becomes unusable in a short period of time, but the durability is greatly improved by using this device. The results of the comparison test between the conventional type and this tester are as follows.
• Working Pressure Gauge: 100φ x 10 MPa Reference Pressure 5 MPa
• Pulsation ±0.5 MPa Frequency 1200/min Amplitude ±0.7 mm
• General type: Needle goes up 5° in about 70 hours.
• Glycerin Encapsulated Type: Needle Up 5° in 2200 Hours
• With an endurance ratio of more than 30 times, the deflection of the pointer during operation is approximately 1/6. In addition, since it has the same mounting hole as the general product, it is interchangeable even when the conventional anti-vibration type is used. Glycerin solution is equivalent to class 4 and class 3 petroleum in the Fire Defense Law, so there is little risk of fire, and since it is harmless, it can be used for food industry.
