The semiconductor grade arsine (AsH3) market refers to the market for high purity arsine gas that is used in the manufacturing of semiconductors. Semiconductor grade arsine is crucial in the production of semiconductor devices as it is used in the deposition of materials like gallium arsenide, indium and aluminum gallium arsenide. The XP-703DIII handheld toxic gas detector is considered the standard for locating leaking gas cylinders right off the delivery truck. The device provides auto-zeroing, a long battery life, and a compact system to detect most of the main dopant gases used in the semiconductor industry. With a very low-level detection limit (down to ppb) and quick response (10 seconds), the XP-703D is an ideal emergency response unit.
