Horizontal Motorized Test Stand MH2 series is standard type with 500N to 2500N capacity. It is functional yet user-friendly model with easy operation. The horizontal design allows applying force horizontally. Its rugged design provides solutions for complex testing.

Handles various testing such as durability or compression testing with digital setting of speed, counter function (number of tests to repeat), and timer function (pausing time)
Handles a wide range of testing applications to meet your testing requirements with options such as -FA (inner linear scale)
Enhances testing efficiency and safety with option -CN (I/O for external signals), allowing for communication for interlock and starting operation, etc.

Specifications

Precise Increment Mode

MH2 features unique jog movement control, for precise increment testing. In jog mode, each click of the program dial moves the cross head approx. 0.015mm for MH2-110 and 0.05mm for MH2-550 (standard speed, under no load).

Cycle Mode

In cycle mode, automated tests are easy to setup. Press the unique program dial and turn, to make selections from the menu screens and set mode, speed, test duration, units and cycles. Set start and return speeds independently.

Force Control

Force controlled non-destructive tests are also easy to setup and program. Connect an Imada ZT Series force gauge to the MH2 test stand to enable the following force controlled tests and Conditional Overload Prevention.

Maintain Force Between High/Low Setpoints

Force control keeps appled force between high and low setpoints on the ZT Series force gauge for the preset duration.

Increase Force to High Setpoint and Stop

When applied force reaches the low set point on the ZT Series force gauge, the test stand slows to measuring speed and stops when applied force reaches the high set point on the ZT series gauge.
