The A&D MCT-1150 ( MCT Series) is a general-purpose, table-top universal testing machine designed as a high-precision alternative to standard force and push-pull gauges. It is primarily used for tensile and compression testing across various materials and components in research labs and field environments.

• User Interface: Features a color touch panel for digital speed configuration and easy operation.
• Automatic Calibration: Calibrates automatically upon startup, eliminating the need for manual load cell calibration before testing.
• Software Integration: Includes standard data capture and analysis software (MSAT-Lite and MCT-Logger) for real-time graphing and CSV data export.
• Jig Compatibility: Compatible with M6 screw-type attachments, allowing the use of various existing force gauge jigs.
• Safety Mechanisms: Includes upper/lower displacement limits, an emergency stop switch, and an overload limit that shuts down the system at 105% capacity. 

• Packaging: Heat seal peel strength, packing container compression, and food packaging puncture tests.
