The A&D Thermocouple Probe AD-1217 is a K-type thermocouple sensor designed specifically for surface temperature measurements. It offers a measurement range of -50 to +500°C (though use above +300°C should be short-term). Specifications

• Sensor Type: K-type (Chromel/Alumel) thermocouple.
• Measurement Range: -50 to +500°C (for the thermosensitive part). Use up to 500°C is limited to a short period of time.
• Application: Designed for surface temperature measurement; it is lightly pressed against the surface for reading.
• Handle Heat Resistance: The plastic handle has a heat resistance up to 100°C; do not expose the handle to high temperatures.
• Sensor Dimensions: The contact part is approximately 15mm in diameter.
• Cable Length: Approximately 560mm (when contracted).
