The HIOS BL-5000 1/4 HEX (0.2 – 1.2 Nm)  is a professional-grade, industrial electric screwdriver designed for high-precision, medium-torque screw tightening applications. It is widely used in manufacturing assembly lines where exact torque control, cleanliness, and long-term durability are critical. Functions 

• Auto Shut-Off Torque Control: The built-in mechanical clutch cuts power the exact millisecond the preset torque (0.2 – 1.2 N.m) is reached. This prevents stripped screw threads, damaged plastic bosses, or loose assemblies.
• Two-Way Starting Modes: The physical tool can be configured for Lever Start (worker squeezes a paddle trigger) or Push-to-Start (worker simply presses down onto the screw). This adapts perfectly to whether the operator is working vertically or horizontally.
